Return Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped or before production has started.
When cancellation is approved before dispatch, the payment will be refunded in full to the original method.
Orders that have already been sent are no longer eligible for cancellation.
Returns
Requests to return products must be made within 14 days after delivery.
Returned items must meet the following requirements:
- Must be unused and in the condition received.
- Must include the original packaging.
- A valid order confirmation or purchase receipt must be included.
Do not return items before contacting support. Instructions must be received and followed.
Customers are liable for at most one shipping fee, including both original and return shipping if applicable.
No restocking fee will be applied.
Refunds
After the returned item is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent.
You will be informed if the refund request has been accepted.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, usually within several business days depending on your payment provider.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If the refund has not posted:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; posting may take a few days.
- Contact your bank; processing times may vary.

Return Shipping
Return instructions will be provided once the request is approved.
For returns due to personal reasons, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.
For defective, damaged, or wrong items, shipping will be covered.
