FAQ – Order Help & Store Support
How to Order
Place the items you want into your cart.
Proceed to checkout via the standard checkout process or PayPal.
Provide your full name, email, and delivery information.
Enter a discount code if available.
Confirm the address → provide payment information → click Complete Order.
A confirmation will appear on-screen and be sent by email. Support: service@ocrivana.com
Incorrect or Missing Items
Submit a support request including:
- Order number
- A clear photo (under 1MB) showing the issue
After verification, replacement products will be sent free of charge. Email: service@ocrivana.com
Confirming Your Order
Check your email for the order confirmation and number. Look in your spam or junk folder if it is missing.
Order Modifications
Requests for changes must be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day of order. Later requests may not be possible. Contact: service@ocrivana.com
Cart Management
Add items: Choose product options → Add to Cart
View cart: Click the cart icon
Change quantity: Edit Quantity field
Remove items: Click Remove
Browser Recommendations
Use up-to-date Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge/IE browsers.
Payment Methods
Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
PayPal Instructions
Choose PayPal → sign in → approve payment → return to confirmation page.
Applying Promo Codes
Enter promo code → click Apply → discount will be displayed in your order summary.
